Based in Hamburg, Germany, DARK BLONDE merges emotional storytelling with high-end, contemporary production, delivering tracks ready for sync and adaptable to creative briefs.
Birgit Fischer brings narrative depth and expressive songwriting, shaped by her studies in popular music and musicology in Hamburg and New York, and by her experience collaborating with international artists. Andreas Bruhn adds extensive expertise in composition, arrangement, and production, with over 2,000 works created across genres for film, advertising, and bands. As a former guitarist of The Sisters of Mercy, he brings a mastery of atmosphere, texture, and dramatic tension to the project.
Together, Fischer and Bruhn create cinematic music that balances emotional impact with structural clarity—enhancing storytelling and serving the needs of visual media professionals.
